PAST ANNOUNCEMENTS
Submit your entry for Cultural Programs
We have scheduled a special magic show by renowned artiste from Karnataka, Mr. Murali Kowshik during the Rajyotsava and Deepavali event. Hence, we have to take limited entries for cultural programs. We will limit the number of entries to accommodate the 3 hour programming as any additional minute will cost AKS money as per the new rules set by Akins HS.
We may NOT have access to the whole stage as Akins drama team will have set up a prop for their upcoming program.
Following are the guidelines. Final decision is up to the discretion of the AKS committee.

Each group must check-in with the stage manager 30 minutes before the cultural programs start time in the area assigned by Cultural committee.
Ask for the program trifold at frontdesk to check out your program time slot.
Please be at backstage with your group to perform 5 to 7 min before your turn comes.
It is the Organizer/choreographer’s responsibility to be present with the group at auditorium, completely ready with costume ON, to perform.
